Later, by means of built-in electronics, these analog signals are interpolated to achieve resolution up to 1 \u03bcm. As a magnetic scale, a steel strip 1.5 mm thick wich is magnetized with a certain interval. The displacement speed of the measuring head with the built-in sensor depends on the required measurement accuracy and the frequency with which it is necessary to obtain data and can vary from 0.13 to 25 m\/s.
