With an accuracy of \u00b1 1 \u03bcm, low thermal resolution and resolution up to 1 nm, the RELM line meets the highest requirements for precision motion measurement systems.<\/p>\n<p>The system includes the following components:<br \/>\n&#8211; invar ruler RELM with a step of 20 microns,<br \/>\n&#8211; reading head TONiC T1000,<br \/>\n&#8211; an analog or digital Ti-interface.<\/p>\n<p><b>Features and Benefits of the TONiC T1010 and Ti-Interface Reader<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Periodic error: \u00b1 30 nm, which ensures the accuracy of operation inherent in encoders with a smaller pitch.<br \/>\n&#8211; Compact overall dimensions: 10.0 \u00d7 35.0 \u00d7 13.5 mm (H\u00d7D\u00d7W).<br \/>\n&#8211; Extremely high signal stability under conditions not acceptable for most open optical encoders.<br \/>\n&#8211; User selectable automatic gain adjustment (AGC) mode allows to maintain a constant analog signal amplitude of 1 Vpp.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ability to work at speeds up to 10 m\/s and temperatures up to 70\u00a0<sup>\u00b0\u00a0<\/sup>C.<br \/>\n&#8211; New opportunity! Increase the stability of positioning due to the optical signal filtering system, characterized by low noise (jitter).<br \/>\n&#8211; Standard analog and digital output signals.<br \/>\n&#8211; Easy setup and diagnostics of the system thanks to LED indicators on the reading head and interface.<br \/>\n&#8211; The flexible cable between the reading head and the UL-compliant interface is up to 10 m long.<br \/>\n&#8211; Compliance with the requirements of the RoHS directive.<\/p>\n<p><b>Invar RELM ruler with 20 \u03bcm pitch<\/b><\/p>\n<p>RELM ruler in 20 \u03bcm increments is made of Invar, a nickel-iron alloy having a low expansion coefficient. Due to the high strength of Invar from it, it is possible to produce rulers with a much smaller cross section than glass. At the same time it is easier to handle Invar rulers during transportation and installation, without risking to break them.<br \/>\n&#8211; A number of standard rulers are produced, custom-made lines of non-standard lengths are available on request.<br \/>\n&#8211; Accuracy up to \u00b1 1 \u03bcm, certified for each line separately with verification in accordance with international standards.<br \/>\n&#8211; Low coefficient of thermal expansion: Invar, \u2248 0.6 \u03bcm \/ m \/<sup>0<\/sup>\u0421 (0\u00a0<sup>0<\/sup>C \u2014 30\u00a0<sup>0<\/sup>C).<br \/>\n&#8211; Optical zero mark IN-TRAC \u2122 with automatic synchronization provides two-way repeatability of arrival to zero point at speeds of up to 10 m\/s.<br \/>\n&#8211; The mean (RELM) and the extreme (RELE) positions of the zero mark are provided as standard.<br \/>\n&#8211;
