These structures are uniquely built directly into the incremental channel, which allows you to perform electronic self-synchronization by simply pressing a button. Moreover, IN-TRAC zero marks provide bidirectional reproducibility, have exceptional resistance to yaw excursions and maintain synchronization over the entire speed range (10 m\/s) and temperatures (70\u00a0<sup>\u00b0<\/sup>C).<\/p>\n<p>In order to achieve maximum reliability, consistency of characteristics and a high degree of immunity to contamination, the TONiC read heads have a third generation optical signal filtering system that provides even lower noise (jitter-jitter), now the system is improved by dynamic signal processing , which includes automatic gain and offset control. This combination &#8211; and all systems are enclosed inside the head &#8211; gives a signal of exceptional purity and an extremely low subdivision error (periodic error): only \u00b1 30 nm. As a result, smoother speed control is provided, which improves scan results and improves positioning stability-critical parameters for many tasks.<\/p>\n<p>For the TONiC reading heads, a removable analog or digital interface is also provided, realized as a strong, convenient connector, which can be located up to ten meters from the head. This tape can be fixed, using a self-adhesive base, on most materials used in the industry, including metals, granite, ceramics and composite materials. Now, the tape also has an optical zero mark IN-TRAC with automatic synchronization, which ensures two-way repeatability.<br \/>\n&#8211; The tape is supplied on a reel, so you can cut off parts of the desired length, from 50 mm to 50 m.<br \/>\n&#8211;
