{"id":46473,"date":"2021-07-14T10:42:29","date_gmt":"2021-07-14T07:43:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/test.koda.ua\/?post_type=product&#038;p=46473"},"modified":"2021-11-29T14:51:28","modified_gmt":"2021-11-29T12:51:28","slug":"46473","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/test.koda.ua\/en\/product\/46473\/","title":{"rendered":"Optical absolute linear encoder RESOLUTE UHV with a high-precision RELA scale from Invar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In cases where very high accuracy is required in combination with a &#8220;zero&#8221; coefficient of thermal expansion, the RESOLUTE UHV encoders can be used with the absolute linear\u00a0<b>RELA scale\u00a0<\/b>, this scale is made of Invar, an iron-nickel alloy with a low coefficient of expansion.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the unique accurate Renishaw grading process, the RELA range has a certified accuracy of \u00b1 1 \u03bcm for lengths up to 1.13 m, certification and calibration of the accuracy of each line is performed in accordance with international standards.<\/p>\n<p>The invar thermal expansion coefficient is approximately 0.6 \u03bcm\/m\/\u00b0C within the temperature range from 0 to 30 \u00b0 C. In order to solve the problems with very high requirements for accuracy, one can take into account the influence of this small factor, for each ruler its exact value is determined, which is indicated in the calibration certificate.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the very low coefficient of thermal expansion, Invar products are exceptionally strong. This makes it possible to produce rulers with a much smaller cross-section as compared to brittle glass rulers.
