With the RS6, high-speed 3D scanning comes without performance degradation on any surface, whatever the finish or material. With an ultra-wide and horizontally-oriented laser scan line and fully-automatic exposure settings, 3D digitisation is faster, easier and more accurate.<\/p>\n

Powered by our innovative SHINE \u2013 Systematic High-Intelligence Noise Elimination \u2013 technology, the RS6 Laser Scanner has no hidden settings that limit speed and scan-line width in order to deliver peak accuracy. The RS6 scanner can also be easily removed from the Absolute Arm, to allow easier and safer access to touch probing functionality in hard-to-reach areas. Scan Line <\/b><\/p>\n

The RS6 scanner projects a 150mm line (in the middle of the scan range) onto the object, which is 30 percent more than the previous generation scanner – digitizing large parts and surfaces in the RS6 is significantly faster.<\/p>\n

Light weight <\/b><\/p>\n

The RS6 scanner weighs just 400 grams, which allows it to be easily moved during operation and minimizes operator fatigue.<\/p>\n

Configurable wrist <\/b><\/p>\n

The RS6 is part of the Absolute Arm 7-Axis Customizable Wrist. It acts as a separate hardware scan module that can be quickly and easily removed and reinstalled as needed, without the need for recalibration.<\/p>\n

Advanced algorithms in SHINE technology allow most surface types to be digitized with default exposure settings, making high quality metering easier than ever.<\/p>\n
