{"id":26259,"date":"2019-10-22T13:21:46","date_gmt":"2019-10-22T10:21:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/koda.ua.dev.cc\/product\/portable-rail-profilometer\/"},"modified":"2021-12-01T11:10:22","modified_gmt":"2021-12-01T09:10:22","slug":"portable-rail-profilometer","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/test.koda.ua\/en\/product\/portable-rail-profilometer\/","title":{"rendered":"Portable rail profilometer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Portable rail profilometer (PRP) is designed for non-contact registration of the transverse profile of the working surface of the rail head.<br \/>\nThe profilometer uses a non-contact method for recording the profile with a laser sensor and a scanning device.<br \/>\nThe PDP performs the following main functions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> obtaining information on the parameters of the transverse profile of the working surface of the rail head;\n<li> reading and analysis of the full profile of the working surface of the rail head;\n<li> visualization of combined graphic images of the actual and new transverse rail head profiles.\n<\/ul>\n<p><b> How it works <\/b><br \/>\nOperator installs the laser scanning module on the head of the measured rail. On command from the PTC (pocket tablet computer) or PC, the laser module, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.koda.ua\/products\/group.html?id=1119\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> analogue of the RF603 triangulation sensor <\/a>, performs non-contact scanning of the rail surface. Measurement results (geometric parameters and surface profile) are displayed on the PTC display, can be stored in PTC`s memory and transferred to the PC database.
