This encoder is designed for integration into motion control systems.<\/p>\n<p>The multicomponent encoder system RoLin\u2122 consists of a reading head RLM and a magnetic self-adhesive MS scale.<\/p>\n<p>The reading head RLM in the design version has three versions: with contacts (8-pin), with a flexible cable and with an RS422 FPC output.<\/p>\n<p>The movement is monitored by means of a scale with a magnetization period of 2 mm.<\/p>\n<p>The use of differential magnetoresistive sensors in the RLM reading head of the RoLin\u2122 encoder ensures high repeatability of measurement positions with wide tolerances for installation and for operation over a wide temperature range.<\/p>\n<p>The internal electronic unit of the reading head provides high interpolation speed (up to 13 bits) and fault monitoring. Incremental outputs ensure the repeatability of the selected minimum signal splitting boundary time (from 0.12 &#956;s).<\/p>\n<p>The position information outputs in incremental quadrature format using the option &#8211; built-in periodic reference  mark (at each pole) or installed magnetized reference  mark.<\/p>\n<p>A wide range of resolutions is available: 0.244 &#956;m, 0.488 &#956;m, 1 &#956;m, 2 &#956;m, 5 &#956;m, 10 &#956;m, 50 &#956;m, 125 &#956;m.<\/p>\n<p>The maximum speed of movement depends on the selected resolution and on the minimum boundary separation time, up to 4 m \/ s &#8211;
