The absence of rigid tolerances and special equipment for mounting the magnetic tape simplify the installation of the LM13. The reference mark can be pre-installed on a magnetic scale or glued over the tape with a self-leveling device, which greatly simplifies the installation process.<\/p>\n<p>The LM13 sensors are manufactured only with digital output and have resolutions of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 25, 50, 125 and 250 microns. At the maximum resolution (1 &#956;m), the LM13 travel speed reaches 4 m\/s.<\/p>\n<p>Due to its compact dimensions and internal construction, the LM13 is also suitable for designs with curved magnetic tape. Self-adhesive magnetic tape can be installed on a surface with a bend radius of 60 mm or more.<\/p>\n<p>Designed for harsh environments, linear sensors have a process temperature range of -20 to + 85 \u00b0 C and a degree of protection &#8211; IP68, are highly resistant to shock, vibration and pressure. The magnetic scale is resistant to chemicals used in various industries. Non-contact reading of LM13 ensures the absence of friction and wear of the components of the measuring system, mechanical hysteresis at maximum speed and acceleration.<\/p>\n<p>The LM13 sensors guarantee reliable operation in harsh and difficult operating conditions, they are successfully used in woodworking, stone processing, metalworking, textile, printing, plastics industries and in the packaging industry.
