The lack of rigid tolerances and special equipment for mounting the magnetic tape simplify the installation of the LM10. The reference mark can be pre-installed on a magnetic scale or glued over the tape with a self-leveling device, which greatly simplifies the installation process.<\/p>\n<p>LM10 sensors are manufactured in two versions &#8211; with a digital or analog output. Sensors with digital output have resolutions of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 50 microns. At the maximum resolution (1 &#956;m), the LM10 provides a travel speed of up to 4 m\/s.<\/p>\n<p>Designed for harsh environments, linear sensors have a process temperature range of -20 to +85 \u00b0 C and a degree of protection &#8211; IP68, are highly resistant to shock, vibration and pressure. The magnetic scale is resistant to chemicals used in various industries.
