Capsule pressure gauge

Pressure of the measured medium has the influence on the inside of the box, which consists of two circular, corrugated, hermetically sealed membranes. The running motion which appears under the pressure is proportional to the pressure value.

Movement is transferred to the scale using the switch mechanism.

Manometers with a box spring are particularly suitable for measuring the pressure of gaseous media. Protection against overloading is possible only within certain limits. To increase the sensitivity, a number of box springs (a “package” of box springs) can be installed in the manometer. The ranges of readings lays on a range from 0 … 2.5 mbar to max. 0 … 0.6 bar with an accuracy class of 0.1 and 2.5.
