Coordinate measuring machines

Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) – software and hardware complex used in many industries to control the geometric parameters of finished products, blanks, tools, equipment, etc. CMM management is in manual mode or by the control program from the PC. The working element of the coordinate-measuring machine is a quill, which set the measuring head with the sensor. The sensors can be contact, laser and optical.

With CMM you can hold the control of the parameters of geometrical elements (point, line, plane, circle, sphere, cylinder, cone), their relative position and deviations from the correct form. Coordinate measuring machine allows analysing of complex curved surfaces, and the software supplied with the CMM enables a comparison of measurement results with mathematical model.

UA KODA Company Ltd. – official dealer of concern HEXAGON MANUFACTURING INTELLIGENCE – provides a coordinate measuring machine brands such as DEA (Italy), Leitz (Germany), ROMER (France) and TESA (Switzerland).
