Sensors are designed for non-contact measurement and control of the profile, position, dimensions, sorting, recognition of process objects.

How it works
Scanner is based on the principle of optical triangulation.
Radiation of a semiconductor laser is forming as line and projecting onto the object. The lens scattered at the object is collected on a two-dimensional CMOS matrix. The resulting image of the object contour is analyzed by a signal processor that calculates the distance to the object (coordinate Z) for each of the set of points along the laser line at the object (coordinate X). The scanners are characterized as start of the working range (SMR) for the Z coordinate, the working range (MR) for the Z coordinate, the end of the working range (EMR) for the Z coordinate, the operating range for the X coordinate at the beginning of the Z range (Xsmr) and at the end of the operating range by Z (Xemr).
