RF603 – Universal sensors with a working range from 2 to 1250 mm.

- with red and blue laser diode;
- lasers of different power;
- binocular sensors for laser scanning.
How it works
The principle of optical triangulation is based on the sensor. The radiation from the semiconductor laser 1 is focused by the objective 2 on the object 6. The objective 3 scattered by the object is collected on the CCD ruler 4. The signal processor 5 calculates the distance to the object from the position of the image of the light spot on the ruler 4.
Application
Triangulation laser sensors are used for high-precision non-contact measurement:
- thickness / width;
- size of the object;
- beats;
- profile of the object;
- object movement;
- sorting objects.
