Electronic staple is designed to measure the diameter of the circle of rolling wheel sets of railway rolling stock (locomotives, wagons, metro, trams), carry out admission control and sorting during their maintenance, inspection and repair. Bracket allows to make measurements directly on the rolling stock, without rolling wheel pairs

How it works

The method for determining the diameter is based on the measurement of the value of the arrow of the segment formed in the installation of the bracket on the wheel with the help of the movement of the RF25x series installed in the bracket. The result of the measurement is initiated on the built-in display in the bracket.

Measurements are made directly on the rolling stock, without rolling out wheel sets. The IDK-VT bracket contains a Bluetooth interface for transferring the results to the wear database of the wheel pairs.
