Scales Balance CBA belong to the basic equipment of a pawn shop. A mandatory requirement is that the scales must be certified and have appropriate documents which enable to use them for “commercial weighing”*: weight measurement during commercial operations; weight measurement to calculate duties, tariffs, taxes, discounts, penalties, remunerations, indemnities or similar payments.
